I thought this image would look really cute with a pullout tag coming from the top of the barrel. So here’s what I created.
And here is the pullout tag.
This project was really easy to create. I just cut another basket base for the back of the card. I embossed the first basket base using the Cuttlebug fabric swatch embossing folder. Then I inked over the embossing with Gathered Twigs Distress Ink. Then I trimmed off the top portion and add the next layer. I did add some small eyelets just to give it some more texture to the trim pieces.
Then I glued this onto the other basket base just around the edges so I could create a tag and slip it into the basket. The leaves from the cut file were added to the top of the tag. I did cut a couple of extra leaves to add to the front of the basket.
I stamped my title label on the front of the basket and then stamped my sentiment on the tag. I also added some ivory yardstick to the back of my tag so you could sign your tag card.
That’s my project! Have a great week!

Hello everyone! Today is my day to post on the Miss Kate blog today. I decided to create a small fall project using a really great file called Fall Fun.
I decided this image would look great on one of the Graphic 45 Staples Kraft Tags. I cut out the fall fun file with my Cameo using some solid card stock from my stash. I layered on design papers from Graphic 45’s An Eerie Tale 6×6 paper pad.
I added some metal from Butter Bee Scraps and layered on one of the Cardstock flowers from the Eerie Tale collection to the top corner. I inked around my die cut image with Tim Holtz Vintage Photo distress ink.
I used some dimensional adhesive when I put together my die cuts. I added some ribbon from May Arts to the top of my tag and stamped Fall Harvest using CardzTv stamp set Fall Fun. That stamp set and this file from Miss Kate were made for each other! Love it!
Well that’s my project! I really like how it turned out. This file would be great for Thanksgiving decor. Thanks for stopping by and have a fabulous week!
Hello everyone! I want to share a little mini album I created using the gorgeous Tim Holtz Wallflower papers. I used the paper that had all of the ATC size prints on it to create this mini. This little mini album measures 3-1/4 x 4-1/4 inches.
Hello everyone! I hope everyone had a safe and happy July 4th!
I was asked to create a mini album for a new baby girl. Baby mini albums are fun to create. This mini album measures 6×6 and the pages are 5-1/4 x 5-1/4.
I created the pages from white cardstock and inked the edges with Tim Holtz Antique Linen distress ink. I used the Crate Paper Little Bo Peep 6×6 paper pad for this mini album along with some pink and white polka dot papers from Recollections.
Hello everyone! I have one last card to share with you today. To create this card I used a Tim Holtz Christmas embossing folder along with some red foil paper from Martha Stewart. The base of my card is black and I added a white mat on top along with another layer of black and white mats to really make the embossed sentiment on the red foil paper stand out.
Here’s wishing you and your family a very Merry Christmas!
Hello everyone! Today I want to share a card that I created using a great stamp set from Cardztv Stamps. The stamp set is “It’s All About You“.
My card measures 4-1/4 x4-1/4. I used a piece of kraft cardstock for the base of my card. The next layer measures 4-1/8 x 4-1/8 and is cut from a golden yellow cardstock. I added another black mat that measures 3-7/8 x 3-7/8. I added the black so my design paper would really show up. I then added my design paper which measures 3-3/4 x 3-3/4. The design paper is from October Afternoon’s 9-5 Collection.
For the flower I cut several different sizes of a flower from the Cricut Mothers Day Bouquet Cartridge using white cardstock. I used my Tim Holtz distress inks in Scattered Straw and Wild Honey to add color to the flower. I added a brown brad to the center of the flower. I punched out a couple of leaves from the kraft cardstock using my Martha Stewart rose leaf punch.
I stamped my sentiment “You’re the Best!” on the yellow cardstock using Walnut Stain distress ink.
I think the card turned out pretty cute. Let me know what you think! Have a great week!
Hey everyone! Here is card that I created for the Cricut Cardz Challenge over at CardzTV. The challenge was May Day. Create a card with a flower using any cartridge and colors you like. Here’s the card I created.
I used the Mother’s Day Bouquet Cartridge to cut my flower and my leaves. I cut the flower out four times on white cardstock. I cut two flowers at 2.75 inches, one at 2.5 inches and the last one at 2 inches. The leaf base was cut at 3 inches. I used my Tim Holtz distress ink in Wild Honey to color my flowers. I also used the Imaginece flower roller tool to give the petals some dimension. I added a large button with some twine to the center.
The card measures 4-1/4 x5-1/2. The design paper is from WeR Memory Keepers Good day Sunshine line. I added a piece of seam binding that I dyed with some Tim Holtz distress ink in Shabby Shutters to the bottom of the card and stamped my sentiment, Brighten the day with flowers, in the top right hand corner.
Happy Friday! Here is a video of my very first TWS Mini Album, it’s an album Swap for the scrap beach. This swap is for the month of March and the theme is “Green”. I incorporated the color green as well as some repurposed items into this paper bag mini album.
