Hello everyone! Thanks for stopping by. It’s time for another challenge at PDE Linky Party! The challenge this week is “All Cards”. Here’s the card I created using the Prima Sweet Peppermint Collection by Frank Garcia.
I love the colors in this collection! I used the coordinating flowers and crystals to decorate the front of my card. That’s it! I hope you will join the fun over at PDE Linky Party! Have a great weekend!
Hello everyone! It’s time for another challenge at PDE Linky Party! This time the challenge is “All Cards”. Here’s what I created.
I used a cute little stamp and die set from Lawn Fawn called “Thanks a Bushel”. I stamped the apples in the basket twice. Once on white cardstock and once on kraft. I colored in my apples on the white cardstock with my Zig Clean Color brush markers, then trimmed the basket portion from the kraft stamped image and layered it onto the white stamped image with foam tape. I used some solid brown cardstock for the base of my card. I used some plaid paper from Lawn Fawn for the background and die cut it with a cross stitch rectangle die that is also from Lawn Fawn. I used a stitched border die to create a little hill for the basf apples to sit on. Here’s a closeup of the front.
I stamped the sentiment in versa mark ink and heat embossed it with white embossing powder. I added a few sequins and some twine to finish off the front of the card.
I stamped another sentiment from the same stamp set on the inside of my card.
I layered a strip of the plaid paper on the inside as well just to finish it off.
There you have my card for the challenge! I hope you decide to join us at PDE Linky Party!
Have a great weekend!
Hello everyone! Today I want to share a card that I created for Mary’s challenge over at CardzTv. Here’s the challenge…
Cardz TV Sketch Designers Challenge #2
Create a card for Fall using Sketch #3 or #4.
For my card I used Sketch #3. You can get Mary’s sketches from her blog.
Here’s my card. I wanted my card to be a different size so I used the sketch without the measurements.
My fun design papers are from Lawn Fawn called Perfectly Plaid Fall. My little Pumpkin Owl is from Miss Kate Cuttables.
Here’s a closeup of my card.
I used my new favorite leaf die from Lawn Fawn for the leaves. I used the CardzTv stamp set Thankful for You for my sentiment. I left the inside blank but decided to add a few more die cut leaves.
That’s my card for Mary’s challenge. You should check it out and play along! Have a great day!
Hello everyone! Today is challenge day over at PDE Linky Party! The challenge is “All Cards”. I wanted to use a new stamp and die set that I purchased at my local scrapbook store. The stamp and die set are from Lawn Fawn. Here’s my card.
I colored the little hedgehogs using Zig clean color brush markers. Still working on my coloring skills! I used the cute sentiment from the stamp set for the inside of my card.
Make sure you link up your card over at PDE!
Hello everyone!! Today I have a bright and colorful card to share with you. I created this card for the PDE Linky Party Challenge #135. The challenge this week is bold bright colors. Here’s the card I created.
I cut the word smile from The Sunshine and Happiness papers by Simple Stories. Then I used some solid cardstock to die cut several different size cross stitched circles. The cross stitch circle dies are from Lawn Fawn. Love these circle dies.
That’s my card! I hope you will join the fun and link up your Bold Bright Color project today! Have a great weekend!
Hi everyone! Today I have a Mother’s Day card to share. I created a pocket card using some papers from the beautiful Bo Bunny Secret Garden paper collection.
For the front I fussy cut around the bird so I could insert a small die cut doily. I stamped the sentiment using CardzTv stamp set Big & Bold Sentiments.
For the inside tag of the pocket card I used the CardzTv stamp set Happy Days. I added an eyelet and some pretty sheer stitched ribbon from May Arts to the top of the insert. I added a small little banner with an enamel dot to the top as well. I used a decorative corner punch as well.
Thanks for looking! Have a great week!
I am entering this card in the Cardz TV Card Designers Challenge #6.
Hi everyone! Thanks for stopping by. Today I want to share a card that I created for the Miss Kate Cuttables blog. I used one of the cute snow globe files to make a shaker card.
Here’s the front of my card.
My card measures 5-1/2×7-1/4. I didn’t use all of the cuts from the snow globe file because I wanted to make a shaker card. I used my Cricut Explore Air to do this. I love how you can manipulate files to create just exactly what you want. I added some chunky snow filler in my shaker card.
The background paper is from Stampin Up’s Merry Moments paper pack. The sentiment is from the stamp set Christmas Cuties which is also from Stampin Up. I left the inside blank so I can add my own personal greeting.
There you have it! That’s my card. I think I’m going to send it to the grandkids! Make sure you check out all of the cute files over at Miss Kate.
Hello everyone! Today I want to share a set of 4 Christmas cards that I created using the beautiful Graphic 45 Time to Flourish 12×12 December Cut-A-Part page. This is one of my all time favorite collections from Graphic 45. Here’s the first card.
This card measures 4-1/4 x 4-1/14 square. I added one of the cute stamps from the page to the inside of the card to finish it off.
Here is the second card. This card measures 4-1/2×4-1/2.
Here’s the inside of the card.
The next card in the series measures 4-1/4×5-1/2. I used the triple banner punch from Stampin’ Up to create the layered banner on the front of the card. I also used papers from the 6×6 paper pad. I left the inside blank.
For the last card I used the Snow Flurry embossing folder from Anna Griffin for the background. I fussy cut the poinsettia images and added some clear Wink of Stella to the petals. I add a couple of red jingle bells to the center of one of the tag cut outs. Again, I left the inside blank. The card measures
4-1/4x 5-1/2 and is a landscape style card.
There you have it. Have a great week!
Hello everyone! Today is my day to post on the Miss Kate blog. For my project I created a shaped card using the Fall Fun file and my Cricut Explore Air.
Here’s the front of my card.
I inked the edges of the leaves using Tim Holtz Scattered Straw and Rusty Hinge distress inks. Here’s a closeup of the front.
I stamped the inside with the CardzTv stamp set Fall Fun.
That’s my card. I like how it turned out. If you haven’t created a shaped card I encourage you to do so, it’s really easy and such a fun look.
Hello everyone! Today I want to share a quick Halloween card. My card is an A2 size card which measures 4-1/4 x 5-1/2. I used a really cute stamp set from Stampin Up for the image and greeting. The stamp set comes from the new Stampin Up Holiday Catalogue. Here’s the front of my card.
I did use an embossing folder on the front of my card to give the card some texture.
I love the new spider web doilies that are available in the new Stampin Up Holiday catalogue.
I colored the pumpkin and adorable little vampire with the Stampin Up markers. I added a few layers to the inside of the card to finish it off.
There you have it! Have a great week. Check out the list of Stampin Up supplies used below.
