MCT3D Wednesday – Happy Easter Bunny Treat Pouch Trio

MCT3D Wednesday – Happy Easter Bunny Treat Pouch Trio

Hello everyone! Today is 3D Wednesday on the MCT blog. I created three cute little bunny Easter treat pouches for my project. Here’s a look at these three cute little treat holders.
MCT Happy Easter Bunny Treat Pouch
I added the cute bunny to the front of my treat pouch by just using the front portion of the bunny lollipop holder. I die cut the bunnies from three different colors of Lawn Fawn’s Spiffy Speckles paper. Here’s a look at the yellow one.

I coordinated the bunny face with some dots and stripes papers from Echo Park. Here’s a look at the pink one.

I used the fun size Holiday Bow to cover up the holes on the bunny face. I only used the layering pieces on the bow die so it wouldn’t cover the cute bunny face. Here’s a look at the green one.

Since I used the bow die for the bunnies I took a fine tip black pen and added some eyelashes.
There you have it! Some sweet bunny treat pouches for Easter.

Here is a list of the MCT products that I used.

MCT 3D Farmhouse Jar Treat Box

MCT 3D Farmhouse Jar Treat Box

Hello everyone! Today is MCT 3D Wednesday over on the MCT blog. For my project I used the jar treat box die and some new Graphic 45 Farmhouse paper. Here’s a look at the front of the jar treat box.
MCT 3D Farmhouse Jar Treat Box
I die cut the body of the jar twice out of some ivory cardstock. Then die cut the layering panel out of the Graphic 45 Farmhouse black checked paper. The image on the front was fussy cut from the Graphic 45 Farmhouse papers as well. I added some foam adhesive to the back of the element. I decorated the back of the jar treat box as well. I wanted a little more of an opening for my jar treat box so I eliminated the top tab on the base piece when I put the jar together by trimming it off at the score line with my scissors.
MCT 3D Farmhouse Jar Treat Box Back
The sentiment on the back is from the Made With Love set. The little tag that I stamped it on is from the Cute Micro Tags die set.
I die cut the handle twice. Once from Graphic 45 Farmhouse Patterns and Solids in red and once from black cardstock so it would have a little more stability. I also did the same thing with the bow. I wanted to give the illusion of an actual jar so I continued the ribbon die cut on the back. I just trimmed off the bow section.

On the front of the jar I added a small black pearl to the bow center. I also die cut the lid piece 3 times from black cardstock for the front and back so it would add even more dimension. Instead of looping the handle through the tiny holes I opted to add a small dot of glue to hold the handle in place.

I inked around the edges of the design papers with Walnut Stain Distress ink and used the same ink to stamp the sentiment on the back.

There’s my 3D project. I think it turned out really cute and makes a fun little accent piece.

Miss Kate Cuttables Reindeer Food

Hi everyone! Merry Christmas Eve! Today is my day to post over on the Miss Kate blog. Every year I create little containers of reindeer food for my grandkids. Here’s the container I made this year.

I used the cute girl reindeer file for my granddaughters and I used the cute boy reindeer for my grandsons. They have a lot of fun sprinkling the reindeer food on the lawn for Santa’s reindeer.

Here’s a closeup.
