Today I want to share a couple of card sets that I created using the gorgeous Graphic 45 Place in Time Collectors Edition. I created a set of 5 cards for February and 5 cards for March. I will be teaching both of these cards in a class at my local scrapbook store. This is a photo heavy post so grab a cup of coffee or tea and sit back and relax. This collection is just gorgeous!

Hello everyone! Today I want to share a pop up card that I created for my sisters’ birthday. I used the beautiful Graphic 45 Off to the Races Collection for my card and matching envelope.
I used my envelope punch board to create an A6 envelope. I made a belly band closure since my card was a little bulky. I used a punch for the scallop circle and then added one of the banners to the front from the collection. I used paper from the 12×12 patterns and solids for the envelope. Here’s a closeup of the envelope.
My pop up card measures 4×6. I used one of the journal cards for the front image and layered it up with lots of dimensional foam tape. I added some clear Wink if Stella for some sparkle. Some little metal corners were added to the top and a pretty Prima flower along the bottom. I added a small piece of adhesive back crochet trim from May Arts as well.
The magic happens when you open the card to reveal the pop up. I used some of the gorgeous lady portraits for the pop up and die cut my happy birthday sentiment using the Tim Holtz Celebrate framelits.
Here’s another view of the inside.
There you have it! That’s the card I created for my sister. She loved it! Have a great day!
Hello everyone! Thanks for stopping by. It’s time for another challenge at PDE Linky Party! The challenge this week is “All Cards”. Here’s the card I created using the Prima Sweet Peppermint Collection by Frank Garcia.
I love the colors in this collection! I used the coordinating flowers and crystals to decorate the front of my card. That’s it! I hope you will join the fun over at PDE Linky Party! Have a great weekend!
Hello everyone! Thanks for stopping by!It’s time for another challenge over at PDE Linky Party. The challenge this week is Anything Goes. For my project I created some fun mini treat holders. These will hold a full size Ghiradelli chocolate.
I used some fun plaid paper from Lawn Fawn. The solid cardstock is from Stampin’ Up. I made three holders using traditional white, red, and green. I tied the little holders closed with some fun twine by Lawn Fawn. Here’s a closeup of the holders.
Here’s a picture showing the holder open.
I finished decorating the front of my holders using a fun little stamp set from My Creative Time. I also used a scallop circle die and circle punch to cut them out. These were super quick and easy to create. My inspiration of this project came from Angie at mychicnscratch.com
You could use this little holder for a piece of pretty jewelry and close it with a magnet. How fun would that be! Have a great weekend and I hope you join the fun at PDE Linky Party!

Hello everyone! It’s time for another challenge at PDE Linky Party! This time the challenge is “All Cards”. Here’s what I created.
I used a cute little stamp and die set from Lawn Fawn called “Thanks a Bushel”. I stamped the apples in the basket twice. Once on white cardstock and once on kraft. I colored in my apples on the white cardstock with my Zig Clean Color brush markers, then trimmed the basket portion from the kraft stamped image and layered it onto the white stamped image with foam tape. I used some solid brown cardstock for the base of my card. I used some plaid paper from Lawn Fawn for the background and die cut it with a cross stitch rectangle die that is also from Lawn Fawn. I used a stitched border die to create a little hill for the basf apples to sit on. Here’s a closeup of the front.
I stamped the sentiment in versa mark ink and heat embossed it with white embossing powder. I added a few sequins and some twine to finish off the front of the card.
I stamped another sentiment from the same stamp set on the inside of my card.
I layered a strip of the plaid paper on the inside as well just to finish it off.
There you have my card for the challenge! I hope you decide to join us at PDE Linky Party!
Have a great weekend!
Hello everyone! It’s time for a new challenge over at PDE Linky Party! The challenge is “All Cards”. Here’s the card that I created for the challenge.
I absolutely loved this cute scarecrow sticker and wanted to use it on my card. I used some of my new Lawn Fawn dies to create the base and the little hill. I also used a Lawn Fawn die for my leaves.
I wanted the scarecrow sticker to stand out from the background so I put him on some black cardstock and trimmed around him then popped him up with some foam tape. I added some more fun die cuts to set my little seen and the front of my card is all ready.
I stamped the inside sentiment using CardzTv Stamp Set Thankful For You and added another little die cut leaf.
That’s my card. I hope you will join the challenge over at PDE Linky Party! Have a great weekend!
Hello everyone! Today I want to share a card that I created for Mary’s challenge over at CardzTv. Here’s the challenge…
Cardz TV Sketch Designers Challenge #2
Create a card for Fall using Sketch #3 or #4.
For my card I used Sketch #3. You can get Mary’s sketches from her blog.
Here’s my card. I wanted my card to be a different size so I used the sketch without the measurements.
My fun design papers are from Lawn Fawn called Perfectly Plaid Fall. My little Pumpkin Owl is from Miss Kate Cuttables.
Here’s a closeup of my card.
I used my new favorite leaf die from Lawn Fawn for the leaves. I used the CardzTv stamp set Thankful for You for my sentiment. I left the inside blank but decided to add a few more die cut leaves.
That’s my card for Mary’s challenge. You should check it out and play along! Have a great day!
