Fall Banner

Fall Banner

Hey everyone! Today I am sharing a cute little banner that I created for Fall. The papers are from Doodlebug and all of the dies are from My Creative Time.
Fall Banner
For the base of my banner I used the More Chunky Stitched Tags dies. I cut the largest tag from brown cardstock and then the largest stitched tag from Doodlebug paper. I added some fun solid leaves that coordinated with the design paper using the little stitched leaves die.

I spelled out the word FALL using the ABC dies. I cut the shadow portion with the solid brown and then the letters from some more of the Doodlebug design paper. I added a small doily behind the letters. I used the bunch of stitched doily dies which is one of my favorite sets of all time.

I used some fun brown ribbon to string the banners on. I decided to use the fun size holiday bow die a spacers between the letters. I just glued them to the ribbon with hot glue.

I added almost of the elements to the banner with foam adhesive.

I used some Nuvo Crystal drops in Morning Dew to add some shine and dimension to the eyes. I then went over the eyes with a white gel pen after they were dry.

MCT 3D Wednesday – Wicked Treats Jar

Hello everyone! It’s 3D Wednesday over on the MCT blog. I wanted to create a cute little treat holder using the Jar Treat Die. I used some new Halloween papers from Authentique for my Wicked Treats.
MCT Wicked Treats Jar
I opted not to die cut the handle portion of the set. I die cut the jar lid from some black glitter cardstock. I used the Little Gift Tags Dies for my sentiment. The sentiment comes from the Witchie Witchie stamp set.I added a little spider which is from the Open if you Dare stamp set.

I inked around the edges of the design papers using Black Soot Distress Ink. There you have a cute little jar treat holder.

MCT I Need A Favor – DAD

MCT I Need A Favor – DAD

Hello everyone! Today I’m sharing a fun favor project that you can use for DAD this Father’s Day. All of the dies for this project were created with MCT product. Here’s a look at this cute favor.
DAD Treat Pouch updated
I used the Treat Pouch Die for the actual favor holder and die cut it from some fun coffee bean paper that I had in my stash. The word DAD is die cut using the ABC dies. I love these dies because they have a shadow feature which really helps the letters stand out. I wanted a backdrop for the word DAD so I used the Pretty Circle Layers to die cut the circle.I used a tiny sentiment from the Especially for You stamp set and stamped it on the new Tag Frame Layers and Tag Frame Dies.
DAD Treat Pouch 2 Updated
I had some burlap trim in my stash that I used to tie up the treat pouch. I added the circle with foam adhesive just along the top and bottom.

Thanks for stopping by! For more inspiration check out the MCT blog.
