Hello everyone! Today I want to share a pop up card that I created for my sisters’ birthday. I used the beautiful Graphic 45 Off to the Races Collection for my card and matching envelope.
I used my envelope punch board to create an A6 envelope. I made a belly band closure since my card was a little bulky. I used a punch for the scallop circle and then added one of the banners to the front from the collection. I used paper from the 12×12 patterns and solids for the envelope. Here’s a closeup of the envelope.
My pop up card measures 4×6. I used one of the journal cards for the front image and layered it up with lots of dimensional foam tape. I added some clear Wink if Stella for some sparkle. Some little metal corners were added to the top and a pretty Prima flower along the bottom. I added a small piece of adhesive back crochet trim from May Arts as well.
The magic happens when you open the card to reveal the pop up. I used some of the gorgeous lady portraits for the pop up and die cut my happy birthday sentiment using the Tim Holtz Celebrate framelits.
Here’s another view of the inside.
There you have it! That’s the card I created for my sister. She loved it! Have a great day!

How did you do the pop up part?
How do you do the pop up part?
Could you give the source of directions for making a pop-up card? Thank you so much! Love your card!
I watched several videos on You Tube. This was the one that I used to create mine. I wanted a card larger than the standard A2 size so that’s why I used her measurements. Here’s the link https://youtu.be/Tb4z7fZK3I0
