Hello everyone! Happy New Year’s Eve! Today I have another calendar project to share with you that I created for Graphic 45. I used their gorgeous Time to Flourish papers as well as a few papers from their Couture Collection.
I found this unfinished wood block style calendar at my local craft store. It is from Darice. Here is a photo of what it looked like before I altered it.
I wanted my calendar to have a taller back so I used one of the tags from the Graphic 45 Regular Black Tag Album and trimmed it down to size. I painted all of the edges of the calendar with black craft paint and then used Beacons Fast Decoupage Finish to adhere my papers. I added the month titles to the smaller blocks.
I used the number stickers from the Time to Flourish Sticker Sheet for the dates.
I used some of the Tim Holtz metal feet to the bottom of my calendar. I used one of the chipboard frames from the collection as well as some flowers to the back of the calendar. I applied the Beacons Fast Finish Decoupage over the entire project to seal everything.
I really like how it turned out. This paper collection is simply stunning. Have a great week!
Happy New Year!
