Crate Paper Little Bo Peep Mini Album

Crate Paper Little Bo Peep Mini Album

Hello everyone! I hope everyone had a safe and happy July 4th!

I was asked to create a mini album for a new baby girl. Baby mini albums are fun to create. This mini album measures 6×6 and the pages are 5-1/4 x 5-1/4.

I created the pages from white cardstock and inked the edges with Tim Holtz Antique Linen distress ink. I used the Crate Paper Little Bo Peep 6×6 paper pad for this mini album along with some pink and white polka dot papers from Recollections.

FCCB Red, White, and Blue Cricut Crawl Challenge

FCCB Red, White, and Blue Cricut Crawl Challenge

Hello e everyone! Today I want to share a card I created for the FCCB “Red White and Blue” Cricut Crawl. Make a project using red, white and blue as the main colors using your Cricut (to make or decorate it).

Since the colors were to be red white and blue and the July 4 holiday is coming, I wanted to do something patriotic. I decided to create a card welcoming a service woman home.

FCCB Red White and Blue Cricut Crawl Challenge

I used the Cricut Essentials cartridge to cut out the blue label and the leaves for my rose. I did some embossing on the red mat using the stars cuttlebug folder and the swiss dots folder on the blue label. I created the rose using an EK Success flower punch. My “Welcome Home” sentiment is from CardzTv Simply Said stamp set. I added a big bow using some ribbon from my stash.

That’s my card! I hope everyone has a safe and Happy 4th of July!

Stampin’ Up July Blog Hop

Stampin’ Up July Blog Hop

Hello everyone! Welcome to the Stampin’ Up July Blog Hop! You should have arrived here from Nana.

For my project today I created an envelope and chipboard mini album. The album was from Farmhouse and the designer series paper is from the “I Am Me” collection. I love this paper. [click photos to enlarge]

Stampin' Up July Blog Hop Cover

I kept the album pretty simple. On the front I used the 7/8 in scallop circle punch and added some clear buttons to the top. I stamped a ticket from the “That’s the Ticket” stamp set and used the coordinating punch to punch it out. I used some dimensionals to pop the ticket up.

Stampin' Up July Blog Hop Inside All

On the inside I just covered the chipboard with the designer series papers and added strips of the papers as well. I used some Kraft cardstock from my stash and created some tags for the inside of the envelopes. I used my tab punch to create the tabs.
