Hello everyone. Today I have a summer card to share with you. I created this card for the Fantabulous Cricut Card Challenge. The challenge was to create a project with a yellow sun on it. Here’s my card.
I used the Just Because Cricut cartridge for my sun. Since the sun was a layer for a card cut, I needed to make it large enough for my project. My card measures 5×6-1/2 inches so I cut the sun at 7 inches. Silly I know, but since it needed to be sized relative to the actual card, 7 inches worked the best.
My design paper is from the Simple Stories Summer Fresh 6×6 paper pad. This paper screams summer!
Thanks for looking! Have a great week.

This is such a lovely bright and cheerful card, thanks for joining us at FCCB this week

I absolutely love your card. The colors are so cheerful! BTW could you have used the actual size button & then cut your sun at the size you wanted? I understand why you cut it the size you did, but I think there’s a way around that. Thanks for playing along at FCCB!
