It’s a Girl Baby Card

Hey everyone! I created a card for the challenge over at My Craft Spot. The challenge is Buttons and Bows. Create a project using buttons and bows. I created an A2 size card using some solid cardstock and design paper from Bella Blvd Baby Girl Collection.

Girl Card 1

I used some hot pink sheer ribbon to create my bow, and my button is from some vintage buttons by Tim Holtz. I threaded some pink twine from the Twinery through the buttonholes and added it to the center of the hot pink bow.

July 4th Explosion Box

Happy Memorial Day! Here is a quick video of an explosion box that I created for my local scrapbook store. This is going to be a class that I will be teaching.

The papers are all from the new WeR Memory Keepers Red, White, & Blue 6×6 paper pad. The solid cardstock is from American Crafts. I also added an action wobble to the top of the box for added fun!

Graduation Card

Hello everyone! Happy Saturday! Here is my entry for the Fantabulous Cricut Challenge.

Graduation Card 1

The challenge this week was to create a graduation project. I created a card using the Cricut Wrap it Up Cartridge. I cut the graduation cap at 3 inches and used some pop dots on the top layer to give it some dimension and did some faux stitching around the cap. I added a red gem brad to the center button part of the tassel.

Graduation Card 2

The card measures 5×6-1/2 inches. I used some design paper that I got from Hobby Lobby, and added some large red rikrak trim to the bottom.

Thanks for looking and have a really great holiday weekend!

Cricut Cardz Challenge #108

Hey everyone! Here is card that I created for the Cricut Cardz Challenge over at CardzTV. The challenge was May Day. Create a card with a flower using any cartridge and colors you like. Here’s the card I created.

Cricut Cardz Challenge 108 MSS 1

I used the Mother’s Day Bouquet Cartridge to cut my flower and my leaves. I cut the flower out four times on white cardstock. I cut two flowers at 2.75 inches, one at 2.5 inches and the last one at 2 inches. The leaf base was cut at 3 inches. I used my Tim Holtz distress ink in Wild Honey to color my flowers. I also used the Imaginece flower roller tool to give the petals some dimension. I added a large button with some twine to the center.

Cricut Cardz Challenge 108 MSS 2

The card measures 4-1/4 x5-1/2. The design paper is from WeR Memory Keepers Good day Sunshine line. I added a piece of seam binding that I dyed with some Tim Holtz distress ink in Shabby Shutters to the bottom of the card and stamped my sentiment, Brighten the day with flowers, in the top right hand corner.

I hope you like my card. Have a great day!

Hello everyone! I have another mini album to share. This mini was created for a baby shower gift. This mini is different than my other mini albums.

I wanted it to be unique since it’s for my nephew’s wife who is having a baby girl. I used the Cricut Baby Steps Cartridge for the images and some really fun Doodlebug paper. I hope she likes it!

Good morning!! Jackie here with Luv2Scrappp again!! I hope you all are having a lovely day so far!!

Today I would like to share a card I created! For those of you who know me know I don’t scrap flat!! I’ve tried and it just never seems to work out!! 😉

I used the Graphic 45 Fashionista paperline to create this card!! The flower on the front I made myself out of satin fabric!! Not really sure I would mail this card as it is very thick but it’s perfect to stick in a giftbag or hand deliver to someone special!!
