Just want to share another Design Team Project for my local scrapbook store. I created two 12×12 layouts using the new Bo Bunny Father Christmas Paper Line. The papers in this line have a vintage feel to them so I printed my photos in sepia tone.
For the first layout I used three photos of my grandkids sitting by the Christmas tree. I cut two of the photos down to 3-1/2 x 3-1/2 and matted them on some of the red design paper. I left the other photo at 4×6 and double matted it with dark green and red design paper.
I added three of the metal snowflakes that are part of the collection to the bottom of the 4×6 photo and made sure I had Santa peeking out of the background paper by tearing the paper at an angle and distressing the edges. (click photo to enlarge)
I added some ribbon and buttons from the collection to the top of the page and a small tag at the bottom.
The next layout is very simple but I wanted to let the paper do most of the design work. I added three tags that were cut from the paper along with some stickers from the sticker sheet. I stapled some ribbon to the top of the tags and used some bling to hide my staples. (click photo to enlarge)
I double matted my photo and created a pocket for my journaling tag. I added some bling to the holly berries and some stickles to the tree that Santa is holding. I also used some glossy accents to highlight the holly leaves.
Thanks for stopping by!
