Happy Wednesday! Here’s a simple little card made using the Camping Critters Cricut Cartridge.
This cartridge is so cute and has lots of great images and phrases for all those summer campouts and hikes. The card base is 4-1/4 x 5-1/2. The background layer is 4×5-1/4. I cut the cute deer out at 5-1/4 inches.
I used the cut only function on my Cricut Imagine and cut out the cloud shape at 2 inches. The cloud image is one of the images that is preloaded on the Imagine machine. I added some ribbon trim to the bottom and stamped my sentiment on the cloud.
Thanks for stopping by. Have a great week!
Happy Monday! Just want to share a quick video of an altered journal I created as a gift for my niece. She asked me to make a journal for her son’s daycare provider.
She requested the colors black, white, and hot pink. She also wanted it to be really glammed up so this is what I came up with.
Have great weekend. Thanks for stopping by!
Happy Friday! I am participating in a 6×6 mini album page swap over on the scrapbeach. We were to use the new Graphic 45 Magic of Oz paper.
We were to make 6 pages, send in 5 and keep one. The swap is hosted by Trudi Hutton. I hope everyone likes my page. Have a fabulous weekend!
Happy Wednesday! My niece and I did a mini album swap. Here is the one she made for me! It is amazing! I love it! Thanks Jackie!
Hello everyone, here is a video of a mini album that I created for my niece. We decided to do a mini album swap with each other so we came up with some swap guidelines. This is what I created.
My niece is the person who got me hooked on scrapbooking and I haven’t stopped since! I hope she likes it!
Let me know what you think! Enjoy!
Happy Wednesday! Hope you are having a good week so far! Here is my entry for the Cricut Circle Blog Monthly Challenge.
For the challenge we were to create something with a BBQ, picnic, or patio theme and use gingham or a checked pattern. This is what I came up with.
I got the original idea from Celia Pawlak, she is the fabulous hostess of our church’s scrapbooking group. Celia shared a little July 4th table top banner with us, so I took her idea and created my Summer BBQ table top banner.
I used the Simply Charmed cartridge for the sun and I used the Just Because Cards cartridge for the glass of lemonade and the watermelon. I cut out my tags using TBBM and the letters were cut from the Alphalicious cartridge.
I used American Crafts solid cardstock and My Minds Eye Alphabet Soup Design paper for the tags. I added some brown gingham ribbon to the top of my tags and attached it with the Tim Holtz Tiny Attacher. It just happens to be one of my new favorite little tools.
Well that’s it. Thanks for stopping by!
Hey everyone here’s a video of a couple of cute mini albums I made with my scraps of Graphic 45 Curtain Call paper and my We R Memory Keepers Yankee Doodles paper. The idea came from Kathy Orta’s YouTube tutorial.
This is such a cute mini. Enjoy!
Happy Friday! I am so excited to share a quick project that I made. I have been wanting the Sizzix Scoreboard 3D Teacup die for a long time and was not able to find it anywhere for months.
Last week I received an email notice that it was back in stock at Joanns.com. I was super excited for it to get here, so when it finally arrived I couldn’t wait to use it. I had saved a couple of sheets of design paper from The Girls Paperie Vintage Whimsey collection and that is what I used for my teacup.
The teacup was really easy to put together. I added a Prima rose and some Recollections flowers and pearls to the front. I tied the tag on with a small piece of tulle and added some shredded paper to the inside.
This die is so versatile. How cute would this be as a favor for a brunch or bridal shower? I love it!
Happy Wednesday! Just want to share a card I created for the Fantabulous Cricut Challenge Blog. The challenge this week was to create a card or layout with a “water” theme.
My card is an A2 size card. I used the Cricut Life Is A Beach cartridge to cut out my waves and the Simply Charmed cartridge for the sand pail. I used a scallop circle punch for the sun.
I added the sentiment, Life’s A Beach, to the inside of the card which I also cut from the Simply Charmed cartridge.
Thanks for stopping by! Have a great day!
