Super Sweetie Valentine Card

Super Sweetie Valentine Card

Hey everyone! Valentine’s Day is approaching! Just wanted to share a Valentine card that was made for a little boy.

Super Sweetie Valentine

He really likes Super Heroes so I used the Paper Doll Dress Up Cricut Cartridge. This cartridge has a superhero outfit for the paperdoll. The Superhero was cut at 4-3/4 inches. The card base is 5-1/4 x 6-1/4 inches. The yellow heart paper was cut at 5 x 6 inches and is from Bo Bunny.

Super Sweetie Valentine closeupThe white tag is cut at 1-1/2 x 2 inches and the word Super was stamped at the top. The chipboard circle sticker is from a set of stickers that was purchased at Michaels.

The inside sentiment Be My Valentine was stamped with Black Staz-on. Since the card was an odd size I made a quick envelope to fit.

Mini Sunburst Album

Mini Sunburst Album

Hello everyone. Here’s a mini album that I made.

Mini Sunburst Album

I got this idea from a YouTube video by My Mouse Potato Designs. Her video was fabulous. She actually said she got her idea from a UStream class that Laura from The Paper Trail had done. So Thanks Laura and thanks My Mouse Potato Designs!

Here is my take on the mini sunburst album. The paper is from the Tim Holtz Lost and Found Paper pad. The small roses are from Recollections.

I used a Tim Holtz journaling ticket for the binding. The tags are 2 x 3 so I kept them pretty simple. I just added a punched flower and small Recollections rose.

Happy Valentines Day Graphic 45 Heart

Happy Valentines Day Graphic 45 Heart

Happy Monday. Here’s another Valentine made using some Graphic 45 Fashionista Collection. The chipboard heart is part of a mini book that I got in the dollar bin at Michaels.

Graphic 45 Heart

I added a Tim Holtz Grunge piece to the top right corner that I colored with alcohol ink. I added a small black photo frame to the bottom. I tied some silk ribbon to a Tattered Angels Key and looped it around a button at the top.

The sentiment Happy Valentine’s Day is stamped on a label that was punched out using an EK success label punch and then adhered to the back of the heart.

Super Quick Flower Card

Super Quick Flower Card

Hey everyone. Here’s a super quick A2 size card. The pattern paper is some that I have had in my stash for a while. I really love the chandeliers. The flower on the front is from Recollections. The black silk ribbon is from Maya Road. The Happy Birthday sentiment is a Fiskars stamp.

A strip of the pattern paper was added to the inside and punched along the bottom with the threading water edge punch by Fiskars.

Celebrate Girly Card

Celebrate Girly Card

Happy Friday! Just wanted to share a quick little card I made with some more of the Be Mine Collection from Echo Park. The card is a standard A2 size. The flower on the front was created with two 1 inch by 12 inch strips of paper that I accordion folded then glued together to form a ring.

The center is a velvet flower brad that I have had in my stash for a while. The celebrate sentiment was created with the alphabet stickers from the collection. I added a strip of the pattern paper to the inside of the card.
