Happy Friday! Hope everyone had a wonderful week. Just wanted to share some vintage inspired hearts.
These chipboard hearts came from the dollar section of Michaels. It was actually meant to be a chipboard mini album, but I decided to use each heart individually for valentine hearts.
The black and cream heart was made using paper from DCWV Black Currant stack as well as Cosmo Cricket’s 1934 collection. The chipboard inkwell and fountain pens are also from the 1934 collection by Cosmo Cricket.
I distressed all of the edges with vintage Photo distress ink. The metal key is from 7 Gypsies.
The light pink heart was made with Making Memories paper.
The chipboard butterflies are from K&Company’s Madeline collection. The lock and key are from Tim Holtz.
The small photo frame was from my local craft store. The large flower is from Recollections.
I used Old Lace Glimmer Mist on the flower to give it a slight sparkle.
The pink pearls and gems are from Bo Bunny.
The last heart was made with K&Company’s Madeline collection.
This is one of my favorite lines that K&Company put out. The key is from Tim Holtz, the roses are from Recollections and were sprayed with Glimmer Mist.
I used the coordinating stamp set for the Madeline collection to stamp the chandelier and crown. The ribbon is from my local craft store as well as Joann’s.
I hope you like my Vintage inspired valentine hearts. They were fun to create.
Please feel free to leave a comment and let me know what you think. I really like reading your comments on my projects. Thanks for stopping by. Have a great weekend!

I must get me some of those flowers!! And that Cosmo Cricket paper is to die for!! GORGEOUS!! GORGEOUS!!
So…the vintage photo ink…is that the Tim Holtz distress ink or something different?
Hello Ginger ๐
Your work looks beautiful! I was wondering whether i can use one of the images (the once of the heart with the key and roses) for an anniversary card for my boss Rory and Wendy???
Thanks ๐
Thanks! Sure you can!
