The tags were made with the cutouts from an 8×8 pad of paper, then to add the fairy dust, I used Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist Old Lace.

Vintage Style Mini Album

Here’s another mini album made for a friend as a gift. The paper is one of my favorites. It is October Afternoon’s The Thrift Shoppe line. The instructions that were given for the album were to use some music themed items and the color yellow.

The album contains lots of tags and photo mats. The 1934 line from Cosmo Cricket was also incorporated into the album as well as some Tattered Angels elements. This was made as a Christmas gift but I wanted to wait until after Christmas to post.

Boy Mini Album

Boy Mini Album

Happy Monday everyone! Hope you had a wonderful Christmas. Just wanted to share a gift that I made for a friend. The title was cut from the Boys Will Be Boys cartridge as were the trucks. This 5×7 chipboard album contains lots of space for photos, as well as having a few interactive photo mats. (see photo gallery below, click photos to enlarge)

This album is also my entry for the Cricut Circle Monthly Challenge. It was made before Christmas but I didn’t want to spoil the surprise, so waited until after Christmas to post!

Thanks for stopping by. Have a fabulous last-week of 2010.

Extra Large Christmas Tags

Extra Large Christmas Tags

Just wanted to share a couple of extra large tags that were made for my grand-kids Christmas gifts. (click pictures to enlarge)

Christmas Gift Tags 3

The tags were made with the Jolly Holidays Cricut Lite Cartridge. I used the Fit to Page feature so I could get the biggest tag from a 12×12 piece of cardstock.

The tags were cut at 5-3/4 inches. I then used the Gypsy to make the kids names with the Plantin Schoolbook cartridge. The letters were welded together to create their names. Stickles were added to the holly to give the tags some sparkle.
